Used for separation of actively motile spermatozoaby swim up, for use in ART procedures. It is also useful for the dilution of silica based density gradients for semen samples prepared using single layer/double layer density gradient separation. Comprises a HEPES buffered ideal for routine spermwash.

Ready to use single and double layer density gradient media composed of silane coated colloidal silica particles with HEPES as a buffering agent. The different density gradients (SL, 45% and 90%) enable effective separation of motile, morphologically normal sperm from oligo and aesthenozoospermic samples.
